Saltaire restaurant round-up for the Culture Vulture

I’ve written a piece about the restaurants and bars in Saltaire for Leeds-based arts and culture blog, The Culture Vulture.

This is the first time I’ve written a guest piece for anybody else, and I’m very grateful to Emma at The Culture Vulture for giving me the opportunity in the first place, and even more grateful that she actually published what I wrote.

My piece is here, but don’t stop there – the rest of The Culture Vulture is simply brilliant.

Yay well done, its a great post! Its a funny feeling at first having amazing sites like Culture Vulture saying your writing is good enough, but you will get used to it and may even start to enjoy it!

Katie, thanks. It's thrilling and a bit scary too, isn't it? I don't think I'll ever get used to it!

Just recently discovered your blog via Hopzine. Excellent.

To add to your list of Saltaire eateries I enjoyed breakfast yesterday at Cafe 16 which is in the Mercury Quays complex on Ashley Lane (Salts Mill side of the railway line as you go towards Shipley). It's open until three so you can get a lunch there too. Pleasant airy room and decor with paintings. There's a reasonable choice.
