We did a heavy chocolate pot de creme for our Christmas dessert and it was so chocolatey, I swear, our teeth hurt. It wasn't the sweetness so much as the richness of using a high quality chocolate. Our fridge full of leftovers is a constant reminder that I need to take the dog with me for a nice brisk winter run down our woodsy trail! Beautiful!
